Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Director of Projects and Organizational Support to join our team. The individual best suited for this role will partner closely with leaders and staff across departments to ensure projects are well-scoped, timelines are realistic, and responsibilities are clear. In addition, this position will provide oversight and coordination of Acadia’s physical workspaces, helping ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and supportive of both employee productivity and member experience. The position will also play a key role in strengthening how work gets done by helping teams plan effectively, reduce friction, and execute initiatives with confidence and clarity.
