Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative (MSR) for our Broadway branch. The individual best suited for this role will play an important part in creating a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for our members while supporting their day-to-day financial needs. This position focuses on building strong relationships, providing accurate information, and ensuring members feel supported and confident in the services they use.
