Support Center Supervisor
We’re looking for an enthusiastic leader for our Support Center!
Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our support specialist team at the Fort Kent Operations Center. The ideal candidate must have strong team management skills and will oversee the daily operations of the support center. As the first point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, the support specialist team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional member service.
Key responsibilities of the Support Center Supervisor include scheduling, coaching, training, and developing the support team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely, direct member support. This leader will be expected to review reports, recorded calls, and call logs to drive continuous improvement in member service and assist in providing ongoing member support as needed. Six months to two years of related experience is preferred
