Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Support Specialist to join our support team. In this role, you'll serve as one of the first points of contact for members seeking assistance by phone, chat, online, and other digital channels. You'll partner with members to answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect them with the products and services that best meet their needs. From delivering exceptional service to building trust with every interaction, you'll play an important role in creating the positive experiences that define Acadia while supporting members and teammates across the organization.
